Report from The Sled Den
Valentine's Day 2015

Well, it’s been busy at The Sled Den…….

We have had lots of new friends showing up this year……Great to see new faces! ….and great to see old friends come back…….

The snow is not bad but we need more……. There are still areas to ride with no tracks.

We cut them all day today. There are small spots which we can ride for 45 minutes to an hour. It’s the best snow around. The bigger areas are all tracked.

They say we will be getting close to 2 feet….. yah….  we will see!! Today was cloudy but still a blast!

It’s amazing how much is overlooked. It’s like people just want to track everything that is good. Why not just ‘east coast’ the area and forget the other spots.

Seriously…….Think of the other riders or even you, who might be there the next day. It’s just that we need to respect the next rider who might come to ride. Anyhow it’s just something we should all think about.

The guys were riding some trees and a Cat went down too far……. 141 is just too small for trees.

The snow is pretty deep for a shorty......we spent over an hour getting it out of the trees. He is now buying a PRO RMK……. not the first guy who has left Cat and I have also seen a few from Skidoo…..

I hope the snow is deep so we can get some nice shots and a good story…….

The adventures have been a little tame lately……..but they’re coming…….
